Kailas holds a masters from Harvard focusing on Real Estate and Project Management. While at Harvard, he published research on international opportunities in the hospitality industry. Kailas has significant experience in real estate investment and management and his family company is one of the largest owners and operators of commercial real estate in Louisiana. He has lived in Santiago, Chile since 2011 when he moved to Chile for the Start-up Chile program and has helped hundreds of foreigner travelers visiting Chile find and rent apartments in the city.

Lustig is a serial entrepreneur from the United States who graduated from the University of Wisconsin and has been living in Chile since 2010 when he moved to Chile to join the Start-up Chile program’s pilot round. He has built and sold two technology companies and is the author of Chile: The Expat’s Guide, a book about living, working and doing business in Chile. He has also lived in 20+ different apartments in Santiago during his time in Chile in many different neighborhoods. He understands the market and is perfectly positioned to make real estate investments.

Mendiluce is an Informatics Engineer who used to work in Software Development back in his home country of Venezuela, doing freelance programming and managing forums for several international companies. In 2015, he moved to Santiago, Chile in search of greener pastures. With interest towards the expat lifestyle and passion for exploring new cultures, he ended up joining the Andes Property team as the main real estate broker and customer relations expert. Mendiluce has since helped hundreds of expat families across the globe in their search for housing, from handling requests while the client is still abroad until they finally land here in Chile for apartment visits and check-ins.

Dugarte is a Lawyer from the Andes region in Venezuela who decided to make the move to Santiago, Chile in 2014. She excels in accounting as well as customer service, helping all our expat clients in whatever is necessary regarding rent payments, utility payment and everything that is needed to successfully live in a rental here in Chile. While she handles most of our back-office work, she will likely be the first to greet you while visiting our Providencia offices in Santiago.
